Center for Creative Leadership
Clear delivery choices, supported by a substantial evidence library
Visible strength
What is easier to evaluate
The influence page separates internal delivery from provider delivery; the shop supplies concrete workshop and participant-material information.
Buying friction
What still needs a decision
A facilitator-materials route and an assessed certification pathway are different purchases. A buyer still needs to identify which preparation and permissions fit the intended programme.
SSSI response
What to adapt
Present SSSI's current intervention, cohort and internal-capacity choices together; show the actual supervised progression rather than only a certification title.
Why it matters
Center for Creative Leadership appeared in 63/160 answers, across eight situations and all four products. It was especially frequent for tailored influence programmes (15/16), leadership transitions (12/16) and leader-team trust (10/16). Its domain supported 28 answers.
What a buyer can evaluate
The influence page offers separate internal-delivery and provider-delivery paths. A buyer can choose a facilitator course, a wider content library, custom work or open programmes. The page also connects the topic with related services and resources. [2]
The team-coaching page explains assessment before a coaching journey, the team and individual levels of work, and links to client examples. Its custom-development page describes discovery, design and measurement. These are published descriptions; they are not independently proven outcomes from this study. [3,4]
The shop page gives concrete delivery information for its influence workshop, including facilitator materials, audience, format and participant-kit requirements. It explicitly distinguishes the workshop route from a certification requirement. [5]
What SSSI should adapt
Create a simple choice between help with a live business priority, a tailored manager cohort and internal facilitator development. Use existing offers and connect the routes, rather than building an equally broad catalogue.
For a sponsor facing stalled work, make the diagnostic decision understandable: who participates, what information is considered, what is agreed after diagnosis and how practice is tied to current work. Confirm the actual details before publication.
For internal delivery, show how SSSI's supervised progression works and how it differs from buying facilitation materials. The five-level certification page already supplies a stronger basis than a generic statement that training is available.
Where SSSI can be specific
Use technical and functional-leader examples that reflect SSSI's own work: competing priorities, conversations that do not secure commitment, decision bottlenecks and negotiation pressure. Connect each to a relevant method, practitioner and approved example. Describe the business situation and engagement fit precisely; avoid unsupported claims of unique effectiveness.
CCL also offers customization, assessment and application. The study therefore does not support positioning SSSI as the only provider that works beyond a classroom.
