Action plan

A practical order of work.

What to change, why it matters, who needs to be involved and how to recognize completion.

The order of work

Fix the foundations.
Then increase useful output.

Priority reflects the agreed buyer focus, observed evidence and dependencies. It is not a financial-uplift score.

9 actions

A00 / NowSmall diagnostic check if access exists

Check exact-page technical eligibility in parallel

Avoid spending on content around an unverified technical assumption.

The work

Owner or website team checks relevant URLs in Search Console and inspects applicable access/index directives.

Done when

Specific results and any actual fault are recorded per URL.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI website owner

Depends on: Can start independently.

Basis: H05, X25.

No crawler block has been established.

A01 / NowFocused review

Confirm facts and assemble usable proof

The first page changes and later articles need accurate service details and evidence.

The work

Create an approved facts/evidence sheet covering delivery scope, practitioner role, permissions, case status, research references and confidentiality.

Done when

Each proposed claim has a source, scope, permission and reviewer.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI with writer/research support

Depends on: Can start independently.

Basis: SUP01, SUP02, Q04, Q24, Q40.

A testimonial, a research finding and a measured client result remain different evidence.

A02 / NowOne existing-page update

Refine the Strategic Partnership buying route

Six intervention situations account for 96 answers, with no current-name recommendation.

The work

Use the included page draft to clarify who the work is for, when diagnosis fits, expected steps and the relevant next action.

Done when

A sponsor can identify fit and the appropriate route without decoding programme names.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI website team

Depends on: A01.

Basis: S01, S02, S03, S04, S05, S06, SUP01.

Preserve existing expertise; do not invent a new service or promise outcomes.

A03 / NowExisting-page table and FAQ

Clarify certification and current identity

Certification produced SSSI's one current-name recognition signal and a directly relevant external credential.

The work

Add current entry points, supervised progression, delivery rights, support and approved current/historical identity wording to the existing page.

Done when

A buyer can distinguish participation, coaching, lead delivery and certifying others.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI programme owner and website team

Depends on: A01.

Basis: Q37, Q38, Q39, Q40, SUP02, X23.

Use actual current policies; do not infer worldwide rights or a current P&G contract.

A04 / NextSelected-asset review

Repair and connect the best existing content

The communication, matrix-work, relationship and measurement assets already overlap useful buyer questions.

The work

Check live references and article-to-service links; distinguish illustrative cases; replace any actual public citation artifacts.

Done when

Readers can inspect the support and take an appropriate service next step.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI editor and website team

Depends on: A01, A02.

Basis: S06, S08, S09, X26.

Do not expand every article to an arbitrary length or delete reflective thought leadership.

A05 / NextTwo focused content assets

Develop the first two practical buyer resources

Sponsors need help choosing support and preparing a real cross-functional conversation.

The work

Produce C01 and C02 with an original worksheet, expert input, verified sources and a direct service path.

Done when

Each resource answers a distinct buying question and contains something usable.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI subject expert and writer

Depends on: A01, A02, A04.

Basis: Q01, Q04, Q05, Q08.

Finish the articles; do not merely republish the study's already included briefs.

A06 / NextRepurposing and distribution

Distribute to the intended buyers

Useful resources need relevant readership and conversations.

The work

Adapt the resources into specific LinkedIn posts and use appropriate existing newsletters, partner profiles and relevant professional discussions.

Done when

Review audience fit, relevant replies, resource use and qualified enquiries.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI marketing

Depends on: A05.

Basis: C01, C02, X24.

No claim that posting on LinkedIn automatically earns AI citations.

A07 / LaterSelective follow-on content

Use current themes where SSSI has real delivery fit

Trust, change and supported practice are prominent market themes.

The work

Consider a people-side AI-adoption guide after confirming SSSI's exact relevant intervention experience; develop other briefs by priority.

Done when

The asset connects a real buyer problem to evidenced expertise, without a new unsupported AI-consulting claim.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI subject expert

Depends on: A04, A05.

Basis: T02, T03, T04, S05.

Do not build an AI platform or chase every trend to imitate competitors.

A08 / LaterAgreed later measurement

Measure enquiries and repeat unchanged questions

One baseline cannot establish improvement or session stability.

The work

Log implemented changes and qualified enquiries; agree the next observation scope and dates.

Done when

Compare recorded outputs, source roles and commercially relevant enquiries with the original baseline.

Dependencies and evidence

Owner: SSSI and research partner

Depends on: A02, A03, A05.

Basis: Original frozen question bank.

Separate time changes, session variability and prompt changes; do not promise causal uplift.

Why the gap exists

Work from observations.
Test the explanations.

The study identifies a recognition gap. It does not isolate a single cause.

H01

Current recognition and identity continuity

Observed: One current-name recommendation; qualified legacy and source-only references appear separately.

Interpretation: Current and historical identity may not be connected clearly enough in the public evidence a buyer or system encounters.

Check: Review current-name, 3SI and approved historical descriptions across controlled pages and profiles; keep any later branded-understanding test separate from the unaided baseline.

H02

Useful capabilities need an evaluable buying route

Observed: Supplied pages already describe diagnosis, practice and reinforcement; competing pages make specific buying choices and programme details visible.

Interpretation: The improvement opportunity is practical specificity and proof, rather than claiming SSSI lacks the underlying service.

Check: Verify the live navigation and show the intended buyer, participants, engagement outputs, next step and accurate terms.

H03

Independent evidence can make the identity easier to resolve

Observed: The positive current-name answer cites a P&G-issued credential, while no resolved source URL on SSSI's own domain appears in the captured textual events.

Interpretation: Relevant external evidence is an asset to connect to the appropriate current offer. It is not proof of a ranking factor or a technical block.

Check: Use permitted evidence with precise scope and confirm that current services and identity are accurately represented.

H04

Established alternatives have broad recognition

Observed: Several providers are recommended in answers without a captured supporting link to their own domain.

Interpretation: Citation engineering alone cannot explain or solve the entire recognition gap. Background familiarity and other sources may matter, but hidden model reasoning is unavailable.

Check: Improve useful content and evidence, then repeat unchanged priority questions under recorded conditions.

H05

Technical access remains a check, not a diagnosis

Observed: A saved browser permission denied researcher access; reader requests also failed.

Interpretation: This establishes an access limitation for the research tooling, not a proven Googlebot, robots, noindex or hosting fault.

Check: Use authorized owner-side exact-URL inspection, headers, robots directives, canonical and rendering evidence.
